Spring 2016 Ends with All-Stars and Mira Mesa’s 4th of July Parade

The Spring 2016 season came to an end on July 3rd after a hard fought game that eventually came to a loss for Mira Mesa’s 10U team.

Both 8U and 10U showed noticeable improvement over their performances last season and we’re excited to see how the entire league will continue to grow and develop through the coming year.

We finished off our spring festivities with a day at beach:

as well as participating in Mira Mesa’s Annual 4th of July Parade in a caravan of trucks where players from MMGS waved to the passing crowds and recited rallying cheers:

Thanks to everyone for a great Spring 2016!!! We hope to see you in the Fall!!!

  1. Hi! Can you give me some info about Fall Ball please? How much it costs, how long the season is, etc. Most likely we are going to register our daughter but I just wanted to get some info.

    Thanks!

    • Hi Maria! Thanks for reaching out to us! Registration for Fall Ball will be this Saturday 8/13 and next Saturday 8/20 between Target and Babies-R-Us. As far as the season, as far as we know it starts after Labor Day and lasts 9-weeks with double-headers each Sunday. We hope to see you this or next weekend!

  2. Hi. My husband and I are interested in registering our daughters to play. They would be in 8u and T ball. Our girls are also doing gymnastics on Tuesdays at 5:30. We just want to know if their gymnastics schedule would not conflict with the softball practice schedule before we sign them up.

    • Hi Myka! Thanks for reaching out! There is no way for us to know at this time what days will be selected as practice days, however, I am sure the coaches can work something out since many of the girls at our league have multiple commitments.
